Terms & Conditions

The basis on which we plan, quote and operate your travel. Please read these alongside the specific terms on your booking confirmation.

Last updated: [DD Month YYYY]  ·  These terms apply to all bookings made with Aura Travel Hub (Team Aura Holidays).

1. Who we are

Aura Travel Hub, operating as Team Aura Holidays ("we", "us", "our"), is a travel and tour operator based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. By enquiring with us, confirming a booking or travelling on a trip we have arranged, you ("you", "the traveller") accept these terms.

2. Quotations and bookings

Quotations are estimates based on the rates, availability and exchange rates applicable on the date of issue. A quotation does not reserve anything. Your booking is confirmed only when we have received the agreed advance payment and issued you a written confirmation.

Prices may be revised before confirmation if suppliers change their rates, if government taxes or fuel costs change, or if your group size, dates or requirements change. We will always tell you before applying any revision.

3. Payments

An advance is payable to confirm your booking; the balance is due before departure. The exact schedule is set out in your booking confirmation and varies by destination and proximity to your travel dates. Bookings are not held if payments are missed, and we cannot guarantee that released inventory can be recovered at the same price.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your written cancellation request, and are set out in your booking confirmation. Charges typically increase as your departure date approaches.

Airline tickets, visa fees, insurance premiums, permits and non-refundable hotel deposits are governed by the supplier's own policy and are usually non-recoverable regardless of notice given. Refunds due to you are processed within [XX] working days to the original payment method.

5. Changes by you

We will do our best to accommodate changes to a confirmed booking, but cannot guarantee them. Any change is subject to availability and to the supplier's charges, plus any difference in price. Changes requested close to departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

6. Changes by us

Occasionally we must change an itinerary — because of weather, road or route closures, political events, supplier failure or reasons of safety. Where this happens we will offer the nearest reasonable alternative of comparable standard. Minor changes to hotels, sequence or timings do not constitute a cancellation.

7. Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visas, and any permits, vaccinations or health documentation required for your journey. We will advise you on what is needed and can assist with visa applications, but we are not liable for a visa being refused, delayed or issued incorrectly, and no refund arises from a refused visa beyond the standard cancellation terms.

8. Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip, and it is mandatory for certain destinations. Insurance is not included in our packages unless expressly stated in your confirmation.

9. Conduct and liability

We act as an agent between you and the airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers who provide your travel. We select suppliers with care, but we are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, strikes, civil unrest, mechanical failure or the acts of third parties.

You are responsible for your own belongings and for conducting yourself so as not to endanger or disrupt others. We reserve the right to remove a traveller from a trip, without refund, for behaviour that materially affects the safety or enjoyment of the group.

10. Health, fitness and special requirements

You must tell us at the time of booking about any medical condition, mobility limitation, allergy or dietary requirement so we can plan accordingly and advise whether an itinerary is suitable. Some destinations involve altitude, long drives or walking on uneven terrain.

11. Images and content

All text, logos, brand marks and images on this website belong to Aura Travel Hub unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photographs are indicative of the destination and are not a representation of any specific property or room.

We may take photographs on group trips for our own promotional use. Tell us at any time if you would prefer not to appear in them and we will respect that.

12. Complaints

If something goes wrong during your trip, tell your Aura contact immediately — most issues can be fixed on the spot. Complaints raised only after you return are much harder to resolve with suppliers. Written complaints should reach us within [XX] days of your return date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or by phone on +91 90000 00001.
